*Savior...

Given all the chances,
To dwell within the dark,
I cling to you,
And you share with me your light.

I find inside of you,
A warmth that feeds my soul,
A rock I lean against,
An escape from my inner storm.

You pull me from my mind,
Back into my heart,
Rescuing me from myself,
Resurrecting me from my wilt.

Your arms catch my sailing wind,
And bring me back to now,
Giving me sense of self,
And showing me my gift.

When I'm lost in the world,
I sing out your name,
And you come to me,
And you come to me.

You come to me in the music,
The soundtrack to my life,
Gently rocking me to peace,
And I find my way home.
