Where do I go from here,
Does life get better,
Does it get worse,
Or do I simply take the next step?

Do I seek the change,
Or will it simply happen,
And I am just the participant,
Witnessing these events?

All of these questions,
All of these ponderings,
All of these demons of thought,
Lead me to only one answer.

Stop,
Stop the thinking,
Stop the searching,
The answer is now.

There is only one place,
One time to be,
And one existence,
The answer is now.

Be now who I am,
Be now all of my focus,
Be now the moment,
And let loose my grasp on time.

Return my self to me,
Become whole again,
I open my heart,
And give in to the moment.

I am right where I am,
The only moment I feel is now,
I embody my self completely,
And time no longer exists.
